David Meredith was our real estate agent for Sutton from August 2024 to June 2025, for the sale of our house located at 7320 rue de Roquancourt, Montreal. During this period he took an exceptionally active part in the preparation of the house for this sale. David, my wife Odile and I have really formed a very close-knit and very active team to make the house more attractive during the months of September and October 2024. He has put together a long list of more than 20 changes to be made to improve certain external and internal aspects, and has even given his personal help to several tasks, sometimes very restrictive!

Throughout the fall of 2024, winter and spring of 2025, David set up a large number of private tours and open tours (on Sundays), attending all the tours and giving us a detailed account of the comments made by visitors and the interest shown by each visitor. These reports were very useful and led to the revision of the asking price, in full agreement with him.

All these efforts paid off in March and April 2025, in the form of three offers to purchase, and David was again very helpful in advising us in the delicate task of negotiating the final price with the three potential buyers. We had several long discussions about this, and I am very grateful to David for clarifying with us the pros and cons of each offer, and finally choosing the best of the three.

David remained present and active during the period between the accepted offer and the official sale before a notary.
