Although my transactions were all in the Montreal area, I live full-time in the Laurentians and wasn’t often available on short notice; yet David took care of what needed to be done.

On my last sale transaction, David recommended I gather all documents, that home staging be complete. The end result is my condo was sold in 24 hours at asking price at the top of the market which made me very happy.
