He was very patient and thoughtful as he helped us navigate the fast-paced and high pressure market of 2022. He pointed out the importance of certain criteria, like living on a quiet street, that turned out to be excellent advice. His extensive experience and contacts in home inspection also was a great asset and he provided an wonderful referral for a quality home inspector. He was always available, responsive and really listened to our concerns. His job was quite tricky given we were 4 people buying together but he took it in stride and guided us without pressure.
